We hope you love your TFF pieces, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, we are happy to offer a refund for unworn items that are sent back within 30 days of receiving your order. The item must be sent back to us in the original condition ,unworn ,with all original packaging. Please contact us at toforfrom@hotmail.com to begin your return process.

In your email please include your Order Number and Reason for Return. Our team will then advise our returns address and instructions. You will be asked to arrange the return shipment within 5 days of email communication.

The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs to us. 

Once we have received your return, you will be issued with an exchange or refund within 7 business days. 

Please note that the return will be accepted if it meets the returns criteria.
